Role: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Responsibilities: Coordinates patient care across departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and performs duties aligned with organizational standards. Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited nursing school, current state license, CPR certification (or obtained within 90 days), and valid driver's license for Home Infusion nurses. Skills & Abilities: Proficient in medical treatments and procedures, calm in emergencies, clear communicator, and able to interpret policies. Basic computer skills are required. Equipment: Operates clinic-related medical equipment.
