About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care and assists in the overall management and coordination of resident care. The RN works under the supervision of physicians to ensure the well-being and comfort of residents. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring residents, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), and collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.

Requirements

• Valid and active RN license in good standing in the state of Arkansas
• Completion of an accredited nursing program
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures
