About the role
The RN Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of nursing activities during their shift. They will ensure adherence to state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures, and maintain the highest quality of care.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee nursing activities during the shift.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies.
- Maintain high-quality care standards.
- Represent administration in the absence of key nursing staff members.
- Delegated administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for assigned duties.
Requirements
- A minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
- Experience in skilled nursing and knowledge of long-term care federal regulations.
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN).
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program and currently enrolled in an approved RN program.
Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, or a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program and actively pursuing an RN licensure.
Skills
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are required.

Pay
$44-$62 per hour (flexible)
Schedule
Full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities available across multiple shifts, with weekend preference.
