RN Sepsis and Stroke Coordinator
Job Summary
The Sepsis/Stroke Coordinator position at HCA Florida Woodmont Hospital is responsible for data abstraction, aggregation, and analysis using Comet systems. Duties include educational support, clinical concurrent review, conducting team meetings, coordinating internal reporting, maintaining data integrity, developing outcome evaluation systems, facilitating teams, and analyzing compliance issues.
Qualifications
Current Florida RN License
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Three (3) years' experience in acute hospital setting
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work with little or no supervision
Experience in Performance Improvement and Clinical Data Abstraction
Working knowledge of quality improvement/hospital regulatory standards
Working knowledge of computer systems and programs
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
