RN/Senior RN - Part-Time and Full-Time Positions Available

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to individuals and families within the Family Connects Program.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Assess patients' health needs and provide appropriate interventions.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Participate in ongoing education and training related to the Family Connects Program.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and policies.

Requirements

• Current RN license in Colorado.
• Experience in family-centered care and community health nursing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a hospital-based orientation program.
• At least one year of relevant clinical experience.

Skills

• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

• $66,010.10 - $122,804.24
