RN - RN - Perm

Location: Fort Wayne, IN. Employment Type: Full-Time. Working Hours: 8:00 PM – 8:30 AM. Weekly Hours: 36 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and patient‑centered hospice nursing care.
• Assess patient conditions and monitor changes in health status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Support patients and families with comfort‑focused care.
• Collaborate with the hospice care team to meet patient needs.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Follow established nursing standards and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma in Nursing or Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the Indiana State Board of Nursing.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Proof of auto insurance.
