RN - Resource Team/Float Pool - Per Diem - Nights

Position: RN - Resource Team/Float Pool, located in Arlington Heights, IL. This is a per diem role with hours from 7pm to 7:30am, including weekend shifts as needed. The role requires working at least 48 hours every 6 weeks, with 12 hours of weekend work, and does not involve travel. Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments and gather health data involving patients, families, and healthcare providers.Coordinate patient care plans to ensure interventions are safe, timely, and appropriate.Communicate effectively in person, via phone, and in writing.Individualize patient and family education based on assessments to meet specific learning needs.Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness.Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations. Qualifications: Associate’s degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.Current Illinois nursing license.CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
