RN - Resource/Float Pool - Per Diem - Night

Position Overview: This role is for a Registered Nurse (RN) within a Resource Team/Float Pool, providing patient care in Arlington Heights, IL. It offers a per diem schedule with flexible hours from 7pm to 7:30am, including weekends as needed. The RN must commit to working at least 48 hours every six weeks, including 12 hours of weekend shifts. Key Responsibilities Assess patients and gather health data involving patients, families, and healthcare providers.Coordinate patient care plans to ensure safe, timely, and appropriate interventions.Communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and in writing.Provide individualized teaching to patients and families based on thorough assessments.Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practices.Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations. Qualifications & Skills Successful completion of an Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing school.Current Illinois nursing license.CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
