An RN Residency with Providence St. Joseph Health will provide the foundation and support essential to becoming an expert in your specialty. Learn through a combination of structured curriculum, simulation, and authentic patient experiences guided by experienced preceptors.
About the role
The RN Resident will participate in a structured curriculum, simulation training, and authentic patient experiences to develop expertise in their chosen specialty. They will provide patient-focused, whole-person care while working under the guidance of experienced preceptors.
Schedule
Full-Time Night Shifts available for most specialties.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less

Pay
The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. Posting details: $48 - $90/hr.
