About the role
An RN Residency with Providence St. Joseph Health will provide the foundation and support essential to becoming an expert in your specialty. Learn through a combination of structured curriculum, simulation, and authentic patient experiences guided by experienced preceptors. This position starts on November 2, 2026. Full-Time Night Shifts available for most specialties.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less
Preferred Qualifications
- National Certification in area of specialty

Pay
The base pay range for this position is $47.73 – $89.59 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
