About the role

The Residency RN - Transition to Practice Program supports new graduate RNs or experienced RNs looking to transition to hospital and/or new specialty areas. This program combines classroom instruction with clinical hours under expert preceptors.

Responsibilities

• Develop dynamic nursing practice with competence, autonomy, and connection to purpose.
• Advance education and knowledge through a combination of classroom instruction and clinical hours.
• Provide quality patient care and services under the guidance of experienced preceptors.

Requirements

• New graduate or experienced RNs.
• Current BLS certification.
• Passing scores on relevant NCLEX exams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington.
• Completion of a BSN program within the last five years.

Pay and Schedule

Competitive salary range: $43.85 - $80.58 USD per hour. Pay influenced by years of experience, certifications, and education.
