About the Role

Designed for recent nursing graduates or nurses with less than 12 months of experience, this Nurse Residency Program helps you transition into a fast-paced hospital environment with comprehensive support.

Responsibilities

• Engage in mentorship, preceptorship, and de-briefing sessions.
• Participate in interactive virtual classes led by subject matter experts.
• Use a web-based platform for curriculum access, clinical performance tracking, and real-time feedback.
• Collaborate with preceptors and team members to develop clinical skills and ensure safe, evidence-based patient care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid, unencumbered Texas RN license or GN Permit.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• Knowledge of the nursing process and patient needs across physical, psychosocial, spiritual, cultural, and developmental domains.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
