RN - Nurse Residency Program
About the role
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Registered Nurse Residents to support clients in Tucson, Arizona. The Nurse Residency program offers comprehensive training and mentorship in a rapidly growing field of home health care.
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships and create positive outcomes providing safe, one-on-one care
- Maintain clients' conditions
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform client assessments
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to nursing management
Qualifications
- A nursing license in good standing in the state of Arizona or multiple state licenses
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
- Must be a new graduate

- Competitive pay starting at $30 per hour for 8 weeks, with pay rates starting at $33-35 per hour upon completion of the program
