About the role

Facility Type: Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital. Days or nights available. Travel RNs needed in Rapid City, SD. Unlike working for agency after agency, with our travel program you work for a company: you have one recruiter from start to finish and assignment to assignment. Local and non‑local positions are available. You can choose assignments at partner facilities across various health systems nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, evaluates and revises a plan of care for assigned patients and families while promoting the mission and values of Vibra Travels.
• Provides direct care and delegates/supervises all nursing care in accordance with the applicable Nurse Practice Act.
• Demonstrates clinical competence.
• Manages patient care.
• Improves quality of care.
• Establishes professional relationships and utilizes professional skills.
• Fulfills responsibilities of the hospital role.
• Develops clinical expertise per specialty.
• Supervises Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Nursing Aides, and Techs.
