RN Registered Nurse Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled RN Registered Nurse to join our team at Pleasant Acres Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in York, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities
- Provide individualized nursing care to residents in accordance with their unique needs and preferences
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team and other healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with other departments, such as therapy and dietary, to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and progress
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania
- Prior experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in long term care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Commitment to providing patient-centered care and promoting a culture of compassion and respect
