RN Registered Nurse - Transplant Nephrology Unit - 36 Hours Weekly - Night Shift

General Summary

Henry Ford St John Hospital’s Transplant unit is a 21-bed unit specializing in nephrology, and kidney transplant recovery. We provide critical care to our patients throughout their stay (an average of four days), in partnership with our Dialysis team.

Shift

Nights, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, Rotating Weekends and Holidays

Education/Experience Required

• BSN preferred
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans
• Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel

Certifications/Licensures Required

• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing
