About the Role

As a Weekend Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN), you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. Your responsibilities will include supervising and mentoring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Registered Nurses (RNs), partnering with care teams to ensure excellent outcomes, and overseeing daily clinical operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Registered Nurses (RNs).
• Partner with care teams to ensure excellent resident outcomes.
• Oversee daily clinical operations.

Requirements

• Active NJ RN license.
• Leadership experience.
• Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, and skilled nursing facilities (SNF).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
