Premier Genesee, a leading senior care provider in Batavia, NY, is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN Registered Nurse Sub Acute Manager to join our team.
RN Registered Nurse Sub Acute Manager Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of nurses in our sub-acute care unit, including assistant unit manager, providing guidance and mentorship to enhance patient care and unit efficiency
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident, working closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Monitor and evaluate unit operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process changes to enhance quality and productivity
- Foster a culture of excellence, promoting a positive and respectful work environment that supports the well-being of both staff and patients
RN Registered Nurse Sub Acute Manager Requirements
- Current RN license in New York State
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sub-acute care setting, with a focus on nurse management or leadership
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to achieve exceptional patient outcomes
- Strong clinical knowledge, with experience in acute care nursing and sub-acute care principles
