Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluate resident well-being, reporting status changes to physicians immediately.
- Maintain precise clinical records in strict compliance with state regulations as an RN Registered Nurse.
- Transcribe physician orders to MARs and safely administer medications and complex treatments.
- Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Lead the clinical response during emergency situations to ensure resident safety.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Active and unrestricted RN Registered Nurse license in the state of Wisconsin.
- Judgment: Strong critical thinking and the ability to act decisively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: Skilled nursing or sub-acute experience is valued; however, new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Communication: Excellent skills to lead a diverse nursing team and effectively engage with families.
