Responsibilities

• Clinical Oversight: Maintain accurate documentation of resident assessments and individualized care plans.
• Treatment Management: Administer medications and treatments per physician orders while coordinating with the pharmacy for refills.
• Collaboration: Work alongside physicians, therapists, and families to ensure high-quality, holistic care as an RN Registered Nurse.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs to maintain nursing excellence on your unit.
• Quality Care: Participate in facility-wide quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ONE year as an RN Registered Nurse Required
• License: Active and current RN Registered Nurse license in the state of Wisconsin.
• Clinical Skills: Strong judgment, critical thinking, and proficiency with EHR systems.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal abilities to effectively lead a diverse clinical team.
