Responsibilities
- Familiar with various types of Renal diseases and their treatment.
- Knowledge of the dialysis delivery system and water treatment system, including daily monitoring, cleaning, and disinfecting of machines.
- Required to take call after hours and weekends.
- Accountable for fostering a work environment that prioritizes safety, supply management, and a positive professional milieu.
- Collaborates with attending Nephrologists to plan and coordinate dialysis for all patients needing acute dialysis, including chronic ESRD patients and new acute starts.
- Performs 1:1 dialysis treatments at the bedside as needed, including in the ICU.
Qualifications
- Adequate skills and knowledge to provide care to adult and geriatric renal patients.
- Previous acute and chronic dialysis experience preferred.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- BLS (Basic Life Saving) certification.
- NIH (Stroke) certification.
Pay
USD $36.20/Hr. - USD $59.73/Hr.
