RN Registered Nurse - Rapid Response Team - 24 Hours Weekly - Midnights

Sign-on Bonus: Up to $4,500

Schedule

• Nights, Two 12 hour shifts per week from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Rotating every other weekend and holiday

Goals

To cross train to the cardiac catheterization lab and the Medical Intensive Care unit to be proficient in caring for patients undergoing emergent cardiac catheterization and post catheterization care in the MICU.

Job Duties

• Assist and operate equipment in the Cardiac Catheterization lab which may include from start to finish of the catheterization and to transition the patient's care to the MICU
• Respond to Rapid Response call and Code Blue calls
• Assist in transport of critical care patients from the ED to the ICUs or GPUs to ICUs, as well as accompanying ICU patients off the unit to tests/procedures
• Assisting with difficult IV starts/blood draws
• Assisting with admissions in all IPD areas
• Assisting with ICU bedside procedures
