RN Registered Nurse PRN

Responsibilities

• evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessments
• revise care plans based on patient condition changes
• provide clinical supervision to CNA and LPN team members

Qualifications

• nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree)
• active RN license
• preferably one year of skilled nursing experience
• current CPR certification
