RN Registered Nurse PRN

About the role
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Life Care Center of Evergreen, you will deliver quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact and provide care and services to allow patients to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. You will evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment, revise care plans based on changes in patient conditions, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.
Responsibilities
- Implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department.
- Exhibit excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients.
- Concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment in daily tasks.
- Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
- Provide clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).
Requirements
- Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
- Currently licensed/registered in the applicable State. Must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
- One (1) year of skilled nursing experience preferred.
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. Certification must remain current during employment.
