Job Summary

RN Registered Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments, as ordered by the physician
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team
• Assess, monitor, and document patient progress, identifying and addressing any changes or concerns
• Cook up with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and aides, to ensure seamless patient care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and educational programs to enhance patient outcomes and staff development

RN Registered Nurse Requirements

• RN license in good standing, with current registration in the State of Pennsylvania
• Prior experience in a long-term care setting, with a strong foundation in geriatric care
