Job Duties

Affirms the need for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing activities to meet patient needs. Promotes adaptive responses to ensure patient safety and satisfaction. Demonstrates compassion during interactions with patients and families. Coordinates patient care and interacts with staff. Adheres to qualifications to provide care in assigned units. Ensures optimal patient and family experiences by optimizing interactions.

• Completes assessments as per scope of practice and unit standards.
• Promotes patient and family education, addresses family needs, and facilitates discharge planning.

• Qualifications

  Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing. Certified Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania. Basic Life Support Certification.
