About the role
The RN provides supervision of staff and safeguards the health, safety, and welfare of all Residents under their care by following applicable laws, regulations, and established nursing policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Supervise staff and ensure compliance with nursing policies and procedures
- Provide direct patient care as needed
- Ensure all Residents receive proper health, safety, and welfare
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Current State License as an RN
- LTC/SNF experience preferred
