About the Role

Join our dedicated team at Milton Nursing and Rehab Center, a leading provider of short-term rehabilitation and long-term care in Milton, Pennsylvania. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our commitment to excellence.

As a Registered Nurse at Milton Nursing and Rehab Center, you will be responsible for:

• Providing individualized nursing care to patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administering medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians
• Monitoring patients' conditions and reporting any changes to physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Educating patients and their families on self-care techniques and disease management
• Maintaining accurate and thorough records of patient care and treatment

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with facility policies and procedures
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians
• Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

Requirements

• Valid RN license in the State of Pennsylvania
• Minimum 1 years of experience in a nursing facility setting (new graduates welcome to apply)
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) schedule
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
