BayCare Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Observation team at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Tampa, FL. Responsibilities
- Independently caring for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.
- Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
- Professional accountability and development.
- Performing the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.
Qualifications
- Certifications and Licensures: BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification required; RN (Registered Nurse) license required; ACLS Certification, if required by department; Nurse Specialty certification preferred.
- Education: Associates degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required; Bachelors degree in Nursing preferred.
- Experience: 6 months of RN experience required.
