Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing skills to deliver quality patient care
- Assess and evaluate patient needs and care outcomes
- Cook up care with multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure patient rights and confidentiality are maintained
- Evaluate the performance of direct care providers
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN licensure in the applicable state or compact licensure
- American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications, or obtain within 90 days
- Experience of at least 1 year preferred for sign-on bonus eligibility
