( RN ) Registered Nurse ( Night Shift )

South Haven Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Night Shift Registered Nurse to join our team. This role is ideal for those who thrive in a quieter, close-knit environment and are passionate about providing exceptional overnight care.

About the Role

As a Night Shift Registered Nurse, you'll oversee resident care, provide clinical leadership, respond to changes in condition, and ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care throughout the night.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care during the overnight hours
• Assess residents and respond to changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Supervise LPNs and Certified Nursing Assistants
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards
• Promote a calm, safe, and healing environment

Requirements

• Current Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS/CPR certification required (ACLS preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach
• Long-term care experience preferred

Pay

$32.65–$42.85/hour (based on experience) plus shift differentials. $10,000 sign-on bonus available.

Schedule

Full-time, night shift (11:00 PM–7:00 AM).
