About the role
RN - Registered Nurse - Surgical unit at BayCare Health System, specifically at St. Joseph’s Hospital - North, seeks a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse.
Responsibilities
- Independently caring for a group of patients using the nursing process and clinical standards.
- Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
- Performing the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.
Qualifications
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification is required.
- RN (Registered Nurse) license is required.
- ACLS Certification, if required by department.
- Nurse Specialty certification is preferred.
- Associates degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.
- 2 years of RN experience is required.
