About the role
An amazing RN Registered Nurse Manager/Supervisor position is available in a Pediatric Rehab Facility in Yonkers, NY.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and policies
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
- Train and mentor new nurses
- Manage staff schedules and ensure coverage
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
Requirements
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree
- BLS and PALS certifications
- Minimum 5 years RN experience
- At least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Experience in pediatric and adolescent chronic and restorative nursing modalities
