Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient needs and administer care as needed
• Leverage cutting-edge technology and be an integral part of a robust interdisciplinary team
• Supervise the nursing team including giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations
• Conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor performance and care
• Instruct the team regarding the skilled care process and function as a resource person for clinical issues
• Ensure the completion of requested reports, such as infection control, pharmacy compliance, quality management, etc.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in all interactions with guests, their families, and visitors
• Prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well-being

Requirements

• A current license to practice as an Registered Nurse - RN or Michigan
• CPR/BLS certification
• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher
• A high level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well-being
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering Excellent, Passionate, Innovative care
• A team player, dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done

• Base wages: $35.15 - 39.00 hourly (Pay based on years of certification)

Schedule

• 8 hour shifts include rotating weekends + some holidays
