RN, Registered Nurse | Inpatient Behavioral Health

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, trauma-informed and evidence-based care to patients experiencing acute mental health crisis.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, NPs, RNs, behavioral health specialists, CNAs, social workers, therapists, clergy, and addiction counselors.
- Support patients through crisis stabilization, medication management, and therapeutic interventions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing (minimum)
- Required: Active and unencumbered RN license to practice in the state of Wisconsin
- PREFERRED: 1+ year of RN experience, ideally in mental health
- Current Infant-Adult BLS for Health Care Providers
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Pay
$38.96/hour + experience-based increases
Schedule
Casual/on-call position. Minimum requirement of 48 hours and at least one weekend shift per 6-week schedule period.
