RN | Registered Nurse| Hospice Clinical Services | PRN

About the Role

Provides as-needed skilled nursing care to support patients and families during end-of-life care. This role includes assessing patient conditions, managing pain and symptoms, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary hospice team to ensure individualized, compassionate care. The PRN RN also offers education and emotional support to patients and caregivers while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with hospice standards.

Qualifications

Required

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work PRN/as-needed hours
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills

Preferred

• Previous hospice or home health nursing experience
• Experience with end-of-life care and symptom management
• Familiarity with interdisciplinary team-based care
• Knowledge of hospice regulations and standards of care
• Compassionate approach to patient and family support
