Providence at Home with Compassus offers a $5,000 sign‑on bonus for a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) who is passionate about delivering person‑centered care in the home environment. In this role you will assess patient and family needs, provide professional nursing care using the full nursing process, and collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Group (IDG) to develop, implement, and direct individualized plans of care. The Hospice RN brings clinical expertise, compassion, and a commitment to helping patients live with dignity and comfort throughout end‑of‑life care, serving patients from premature infants through older adults. Responsibilities
- Completes assessment of patients and families to determine hospice needs.
- Provides a complete physical assessment and history and delivers professional nursing care utilizing all elements of the nursing process.
- Writes and initiates the Plan of Care in collaboration with the ID
