RN / Registered Nurse, Harborview - Medicine/Surgical/Telemetry Unit (90% FTE, Night Shift)

About the role

Provide quality care to a wide range of complex and acutely ill patients, primarily medicine, cardiology and surgical and vascular patients requiring telemetry monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and report changes
• Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary teams
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures

Requirements

• Licenses to practice as a registered nurse in the State of Washington
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification
• Experience in acute care settings preferred

Skills

• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in electronic health record systems

Pay

Pay Range Minimum: $46.97 hourly
Pay Range Maximum: $87.02 hourly

Schedule

90% FTE (12hr Shifts: 7:00pm - 7:30am)
