About the role
The Registered Nurse (RN) at GSS ND Bis St Vincent Care Ctr is responsible for providing individualized nursing care to residents, collaborating with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals, and coordinating care plans.
Responsibilities
- Utilizes the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
- Collaborates with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to develop and implement care plans.
- Coordinates care, conducts assessments, educates residents, and performs various nursing interventions.
- Serves as a charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel as appropriate.
- Ensures the safe and reliable administration of resident care and resolves care and service concerns.
- Functions within the scope and standards of nursing practice as outlined by the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules.
Requirements
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (preferred).
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
- Maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.

$32.50 - $48.00 per hour
Schedule
Full time, 8 hours per night, 40 weekly hours
