RN - Registered Nurse - FT - Nights - St. Vincent's

About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) at GSS ND Bis St Vincent Care Ctr is responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to residents, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining compliance with nursing standards.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care for residents.
• Collaborates with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Coordinates care, conducts assessments, educates residents, and performs various nursing interventions.
• Serves as a charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel as appropriate.
• Ensures the safe and reliable administration of resident care and addresses any care or service concerns.
• Adheres to the scope and standards of nursing practice as outlined by the American Nurses Association.

Requirements

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state where practice occurs, or possesses multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
• Maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.

Qualifications

$32.50 - $48.00 per hour
