About the role
The Registered Nurse (RN) at GSS ND Bis St Vincent Care Ctr is responsible for providing individualized nursing care to residents, collaborating with inter-disciplinary colleagues, and coordinating care.
Responsibilities
- Utilizes the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care for residents.
- Collaborates with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Coordinates care, conducts assessments, educates residents, and implements various nursing interventions.
- Serves as a charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel as appropriate.
- Ensures the safe and reliable administration of resident care and resolves care and service concerns.
Requirements
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (preferred).
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
- Maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.

Pay
$32.50 - $48.00 per hour
Schedule
Full time, 40 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, day shifts.
