RN (Registered Nurse) Day

Tuscany Village Nursing Center in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) with skilled nursing experience to join a long‑term and rehabilitative care facility. In this role you will direct and participate in patient care delivery, ensure compliance with clinical systems, regulatory requirements, and physician orders, and contribute to a high‑quality, customer‑service‑focused environment that promotes a positive resident experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain nursing service objectives, goals, and standards consistent with licensure requirements and the Nurse Practice Act.
• Evaluate staffing patterns needed to meet resident needs in conjunction with the Director of Nursing.
• Administer medication and treatments as prescribed.
• Receive, transcribe, and implement physician orders.
• Implement and evaluate care plans.
• Identify and secure equipment and supplies.
• Direct and oversee subordinate staff.
• Participate in duty assignments and organize job tasks and time allotments for subordinates.
• Monitor the function and activities of subordinate staff.
• Evaluate staff performance and take appropriate disciplinary or training actions.
• Monitor infection‑control compliance.
• Investigate and document accidents and incidents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Current, valid RN licensure.
• Experience in long‑term healthcare preferred.
• Management or supervisory experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
