RN - Registered Nurse (Awake Overnight)

Role & Responsibilities

• Serves as RN providing guidance to team members and resolving issues.
• Performs clinical assessments and coordinates care for members.
• Trains new employees and administers injections as needed.
• Rotates weekends and participates in on-call duties.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes.
• Supports the care team in managing residents' health and wellness.
• Completes paperwork and ensures necessary follow-ups.
• Manages medications and supplies according to policy.
• Attends training and maintains licenses and certifications.
• Trains med techs according to MATY guidelines.

Qualifications

• Current active license in Virginia as a Registered Nurse.
• CPR, First Aid, and BLS certifications.
• Experience in adolescent, psychiatric, and/or case management nursing.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish & English).
• Technologically competent and familiar with electronic medical record systems.
• Excellent social, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to apply professional knowledge independently.
