Role We are seeking a dedicated RN - Registered Nurse to join our team! The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the comprehensive nursing care of residents in the Community, as well as effectively communicating with team members, families, physicians, and allied health professionals. Responsibilities Ensure provision of quality nursing care in accordance with Federal, State, and Company requirements based on acuity of residentsMake daily rounds to each resident to ascertain the resident’s condition and comfortFollow safety policies in performing nursing care, assuring resident safety Follows infection control guidelines Initiate procedures to protect residents from injury and infectionAssess and evaluate resident change of condition and institute appropriate interventions Communicate with the Physician as indicated by resident needs or status and assure follow through; maintain hand-off communications with oncoming shift regarding resident care needs.Oversees direct care staff and ensures staff complete tasks and cares as assigned.Speak, read and write the English language in an understandable manner.Ability to apply principles of basic general math.
