About the role
SkyBridge Healthcare is currently seeking a Registered Nurse with Long Term Care experience for a 13-week contract in Canby, MN.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Assess and document resident needs and progress.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans.
- Administer medications as prescribed.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of living areas.
Requirements
- 1 year full time RN Long Term Care experience within the last 2 years.
Qualifications
- Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of MN.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
