RN Registered Nurse

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at Sevita, you’ll help patients live better by conducting assessments, implementing health care plans, and monitoring patients’ conditions. You’ll collaborate with teams of physicians and external medical centers, provide technical assistance and medical oversight, and train staff to ensure extraordinary care. Your critical thinking and clinical judgment will address patients’ biological, physical, and behavioral needs, advocating for their wellbeing wherever care is needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and implement health care plans
• Monitor patients’ conditions and advocate for their wellbeing
• Collaborate with physicians and external medical partners
• Provide technical assistance, medical oversight, and staff training
• Use clinical judgment to meet patients’ biological, physical, and behavioral needs

Requirements

• Accredited RN degree
• Current state RN license
• Current CPR/First Aid certification
• One year of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
