RN - Registered Nurse

Role

We are seeking a dedicated RN - Registered Nurse to join our team!

Responsibilities

• Ensure provision of quality nursing care in accordance with Federal, State, and Company requirements based on acuity of residents
• Make daily rounds to each resident to ascertain the resident’s condition and comfort
• Follow safety policies in performing nursing care, assuring resident safety
• Follows infection control guidelines
• Initiate procedures to protect residents from injury and infection
• Assess and evaluate resident change of condition and institute appropriate interventions
• Communicate with the Physician as indicated by resident needs or status and assure follow through; maintain hand-off communications with oncoming shift regarding resident care needs.
• Oversees direct care staff and ensures staff complete tasks and cares as assigned.

Requirements

• Skill in applying principles of basic general math
• Ability to speak, read and write the English language in an understandable manner

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of [State]
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Schedule

Shifts: In general we offer 8 hour shifts for our RN and LPN positions. We have openings for full-time (30+ hours weekly) and part-time (up to 29 hours weekly) positions. Evenings: 2pm-10:30pm
