RN - Registered Nurse

About the role

The Registered Nurse, RN, is an active member of an assigned unit at Monarch Landing, a premier Life Plan Community in Naperville, IL. The position requires working every other weekend and involves providing clinical leadership, managing nursing personnel, and ensuring the overall functioning of the unit.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive personhood and participation among residents
• Provide assistance and care in all aspects of residents' daily lives
• Dispense medications and communicate with physicians, families, and other care staff about resident issues and needs
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs
• Manage and evaluate nursing services provided to residents
• Work every other weekend and third shift

Requirements

• Long-term care experience
• Passion for serving seniors and fostering a fulfilling lifestyle
• Strong team player with varied strengths

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
• Experience in long-term care settings
