Schedule: Part - Time | 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM

Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
- Administer medications and perform clinical treatments as needed
- Monitor resident health and respond to changes in condition
- Communicate effectively with healthcare team members and families
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation
- Foster a respectful and supportive environment for residents and staff
Requirements
- Valid Ohio RN license
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of compassion
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
