RN Registered Nurse
Paid Time Off
Paid Time Off (PDO) benefit accrues time off for sick, absent, tardy, vacation, personal, etc. at 4.66 minutes for every hour worked after successfully passing the introductory period. Accrual levels increase with length of service.
Insurance
Medical: available on first of month after four weeks of at least 20 hours each
- Other Benefits: Flexible Spending Account (FSA): Pre-tax account for medical and dependent care expenses available.
- Group Life Insurance: $6,000 policy provided without cost after passing introductory period and regularly scheduled for at least 20 hours per week.
- Voluntary Insurance: cancer, accident, critical and whole life available for associate purchase during annual open enrollment period after passing introductory period.
Benefits
Holidays: Eight holidays are paid at time and one-half if worked and criteria is met.

Qualifications
Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
Currently licensed/registered in applicable State
Must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment
One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation
CPR certification must remain current during employment
